How to order online?
  • Click “Add to Cart” button on the website to make a purchase.
  • For items without “Add to Cart” option, please contact our jewellery consultants for more information. 
Payment Methods.
  • ATM transaction:
    After checkout, complete transaction to the provided account via physical ATMs or online banking within 4 days. Orders will be canceled if payment is not made on time.
  • Online credit card charging (Visa, Master, JCB supported):
    After checkout, complete your transaction with encrypted SSL to protect your data.
How will my order be shipped?
  • Merchandise will only be delivered to locations within Taiwan, including Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu.
  • Merchandise will be shipped within 7 business days after payment has been completed (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Your order will be carefully packaged to ensure product integrity, please open and check your package upon receiving.
  • Should you prefer to collect at Jewellery Boutique, select “boutique pick-up” in the order. Our consultant will contact you when the merchandise is ready.
How to modify or delete an order?
  • We are happy to assist you in updating your order status. Please feel free to contact us via phone, email, or online inquiry.
Return and exchange policy.

Merchandise purchased on the official JHENG Jewellery website are accepted for return and exchange within 7 days upon receiving date. 

Bellow conditions applies:

  • All merchandise must be in perfect unused condition, with unbroken seal and original packaging.
  • Refund will not be processed for incomplete merchandise. (Including merchandise, accessories, gifts, warranty card, and all accompanying documents and materials.)
  • When returning the merchandise, please pack it securely in a cardboard box to prevent damage during logistics, which may affect your right to return or incur damage costs.
  • Non-customized orders.
  • Merchandise that has not been modified or resized
  • JHENG Jewellery physical boutiques do not provide return services for orders placed on the official JHENG Jewellery website.
When will I receive the refunds?

Your refund request will be promptly processed upon receiving the returned merchandise. A confirmation of the return will be issued, followed by a quality check.
After passing the quality check, the refund is expected to be received within 14 days.
